Your affiliate portal shows your clicks, sales and commissions. We also see how many visitors each affiliate sends, in our own site analytics.
The website keeps your code in the visitor’s own browser for 30 days. Our analytics are first-party and anonymous: a random visitor ID, no names, no email addresses.
Cleared browser data, a different device or browser, private browsing, some ad blockers, or buying after the 30 days can all break the link between a click and a sale. We can only credit sales we are able to track.
Email us the approximate date and what you know about the sale, and we will check our records. We want you to be credited for every sale we can verify.
Commissions are income. As an affiliate you are an independent contractor, not an employee, and you are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on what you earn.
Before we pay you, we may ask for tax details — for example a W-9 if you are in the United States, or a W-8BEN if you are not. If we cannot collect them, we cannot pay you.
Where the law requires it, we report payments to tax authorities (in the United States, on a Form 1099). Not everyone receives a form, and you owe tax on your income whether or not you do.
